    Hi, my phone has a problem that I can't solve and not just me I have tried people who fixes phones and they also can't seem to know what is the problem... I can't put a wallpaper on my phone, profile picture on whatsapp or even upload a picture anywhere....i also can't download anything from the internet or save anything on my phone more especially the documents..so please help me out because now the people that I am asking help from they telling me to buy a new phone because Blackberry is getting out of the market and I so love this phone of mine though
