    Migrated BlackBerry devices from BlackBerry Manager 4.1.7.23 to version 5.0.4.27 to be able to take advantage of new Exchange 2010 server and prep for further upgrades.

    Can no longer access .rpt files needed for field to see sales from their BlackBerrys.

    Sounds like something dumb and simple, but cannot seem to find it after a couple of days.

    Anyone have this before or some ideas?
