    when i try to turn on wifi on my black berry style it shows that its attempting to turn on, and about after 60 seconds it stops trying and turns off, if i go in and try to manually connect it fails every time. I'm a tech support agent so im very surprised i could not find an answer myself. but im afraid that maybe because there is no issue resolution, can any one help. for the matter of it re-seating the battery does not resolve issue and i cant find any useful info in Troubleshooting

    What BlackBerry do you have? What OS is running on it? Can other devices connect to it without a problem?
