    Hi. I'm using a BlackBerry Passport with a 10.3 OS. I tried to delete my data via Security Wipe but the screen showed me a bb error 0021. I tried to follow the advice of one of the threads here that says connect my device to BlackBerry Link and reload my OS there but all Windows tells me is that there's an error and the app needs to close way before I am able to do anything with it.

    Please help. My phone is practically useless right now and I need it to work.

    Have you tried re/loading the OS with an autoloader instead?
