There is a link on your website that allows you to download the updated version of Snap to your Blackberry Z10. I am unable to download it as it says I am unable to open the file or that it cannot be found.

You can't download snap and install on your phone directly. Download it to your computer. Use any sideloading tool(use Chrome extension for ease of use ). Then u can use it from your mobile.
