Whenever I am hooked up to wifi, the browser tries to connect but just can't. I don't know why. The guy at Telus said it's because the phone is so old, it can't keep up with os updates and therefore I need a new one. Sounds like a sell job. But since I'm no techie, I have no idea how to get my phone to connect. Please help. don't want to buy new phone.
Does your WiFi symbol have several white 'bars' i.e. not all grey?
On Home screen, type H for help, then enter Manage. This will bring up lots of trouble shooting and walkthrough help on managing or setting up wifi connections. Try that.
