I cannot back up my Z10 through Blackberry Link
Hello,
I am having trouble with Blackberry Link. When I plug my Z10 into my computer via USB, my computer and BB Link recognize my phone. My phone also recognizes that it is attached to my computer. I am able to transfer music, pictures, and documents between my computer and BB Link when connected via USB. But, when I try to perform a full back up of my phone I get the error message "VERIFY YOUR DEVICE IS TURNED ON AND CONNECTED TO BLACKBERRY LINK". I have tried reinstalling BB Link with the latest version with no luck. I have also tried different USB cords. I am on Verizon Wireless and have their latest stock OS updated. My Q10 has no problem backing up with BB Link, only my Z10. Any thoughts?
