    I have re-downloaded BB link. it shows my Z10 connected but won't back it up. It comes with the message :

    Buck up did not complete
    Verify that your device is turned on and connected to Blackberry Link, and try again.

    I am using an Asus laptop with Windows 10 on board. I have tried to do this on my desktop as well, which runs Windows 7 with no luck.

    Try backing up your data individually rather than a full back up

    Hello try this. Log out from LINK. And disconnect device.
    Now go into settings of your Z10 and go to Device connections. Make sure that is enabled.
    Next connect device to your laptop via USB cable.
    Log into to your BlackBerry ID and connect on LINK. Select your device on link and should so a bar with different colours of what stored on your device.
    Try back up. Good luck
