Whenever i try to install it says "unable to install" even though I know I have screen reader in blackberry , but talkback is more convenient to me, is there a way i could have TalkBack on my Classic.

Because it's not really a Google phone and this is more of a core Android function.
The runtime doesn't have the full permissions to the rest of the operating system that the app needs to run. Even if it would install, it would likely only work with other Android apps.
