    Tried numerous occasions to transfer the my data from a Blackberry Z30 to a Blackberry Leap-AC01 (Z30 has 10.3.3.1463 and Leap has 10.3.2.2639). The message on screen is device Z30 software later than device Leap software. How do I get around this and use switch device.
