    I am trying to back up non-media files from my Q10- namely calendar and contacts. Blackberry link says there's no data (and that is the error message I get when I attempt to backup), but if I go on my Q10 there's 880 MG of data and 1.14 GB of free data. I'm familiar with the backup process as I have a 2nd BlackBerry Q10 which I can successfully back up the non-media files.
    Any info would be great!

    Here is what I would do:

    • Uninstall Link using Control Panel;
    • Clean the PC using CCleaner (or a similar software);
    • Reboot both PC and Q10;
    • Plug Q10 to PC after boot;
    • Let Q10 install Link
    • Backup

    Best of luck!
