    My Z10 works well except when I'm away from a wifi spot and have to access data using my cell provider. It used to work but after the last software update its no longer connecting, I've tried everything that bell has said to try and no luck. any ideas on how to solve

    Are you sure your data is turned on in settings ,network and connections,mobile network

    Yes, data is turned on. I've even went as far as to reset back to factory settings

    Power off and take your sim card out, reinstall and power up , might help

    You could try a new radio file or you could try upgrading or downgrading your OS
