    My Blackberry Passport has been totally unoperational since the last upgrade. I can't access the settings, so I can't confirm my blackberry ID or anything. The phone can't be linked to my PC with Blackberry link. I tried to hard reboot with Blackberry Link, but it failed two times.
    So, to sum up the situation, my phone doesn't work at all (it doesn't even ring when somebody call me, only the texts work) and I can't do a hard reboot or come back to the last version.
    How could I do, except launching it against a wall (sorry, I'm quite upset after 4 hours trying to fix it).
