    Every time I try to open Blackberry World on my new Blackberry Leap, it stays stuck on the loading screen with the spinning ring. Please advise how I can get it to work, so I can download apps.

    Try a hard reset, hold the volume up and down buttons in until you see the loading circle.

    You might want to try reloading your os through BlackBerry link.
