    I'm having trouble with my BB z30. Although it is set up and can receive emails (updated from my server profile), often it appears to not 'sync' to our server for long periods of time (up to a day) so my BB isn't updated by the server. There are no messages of warning and it still happens even when wireless connection is good and stable.

    What OS version? Carrier?

    I'm experiencing a similar thing. I do a hard reset and the emails pour in. Do you know how to do that?

    Is push enabled in that email account settings? If not, then what is the sync interval listed in the options?

    Push is enabled for me. Sync interval is grayed out and is manual.
