    Hi there, folks!

After wiping my BlackBerry Q10 and reinstalling everything, I have found that I am unable to launch any Android app. The Android App launcher reaches about 50% before stalling and then crashing/closing the app window.

I have installed these apps through Snap, and have ensured that apps can be installed from non-BlackBerry World sources. I cannot modify the app permissions of the Android apps, but I gave all of them full permissions when I install then through Snap/the Android app installer.

I have tried restarting my Q10 several times, including battery pulls and pulling my SD card and restarting the Q10 without it. None of these have worked.

I am running OS 10.2.1.3062 on Koodo Mobile.

Do you have any advice on how to fix this? I would rather not wipe again, because it took me nearly 24 hours to get Yahoo! Mail to work again with the Hub.

    Thanks

When you first start android apps, it may take quite a while. Have you let it sit for maybe 15 minutes? Does it give you an error? The very first time is bad. After that, they should open quickly.

Maybe moving up to a better runtime in a 10.3.1 OS would help too?
