    I downloaded McAfee's D-Vasive app. It is constantly warning me that the Amazon app is spying on my phone by accessing the microphone. I've tried to uninstall Amazon but it keeps coming back.

    D-Vasive also told me THE SCORE apps are also spying on my phone. I was able to uninstall and delete them with no issue.

    Does anyone know how to uninstall the Amazon app

    Amazon app store? you can't. Amazon app...try downloading and installing Ghost Commander from BBW. It will help you manage Android apps.

    Yes, I used Ghost Commander to uninstall Amazon App Store. The Icon remained on my phone, but it served to stop all the Amazon App Store processes from starting and running on their own. This works as long as I don't ever launch the store again - which I don't. I just didn't see the point in letting it have running processes all the time for no reason.
