    I can not update my Z10 device neither "blackberry link" nor over the web. After waiting for a while below message appears on the screen. is the anybody can help me?

    "An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your internet connection or try again later" appears while attempting to upgrade or install BlackBerry Device Software"

    You need to download the autoloader listed here that is for your device.

    Download the file, unzip, cable to your PC, close link and double click the exe.
