[CrackBerry Question]

When i hook up the phone to either BBlink or Sachesi it will go to the process of reloading the back up onto the phone. On the phone and on the programs it says 100% then the phone resets. When the phone resets and re connects, it gives me an error saying BB has not finished set up, disconnect phone and plug in after set up is complete. No matter what i do i cannot reload my back up i have also tried different OS

Is the Os lower in number than the replacement, if so , you will have to rename it with darcy tools, then you can use it.
