    I own a Q5, and have updated it to the latest system software and am still unable to install any apk. Why is this? I don't want to factory reset my device. Please help.

    Yes, I have enabled it and even factory reset my device! (Of course I restored it) I need help badly. It just doesn't install- always comes up with the error message 'Unable to install app'

    What APK are you trying to install? Some apk can't be installed, namely the ones related to google service framework
    Else the android runtime may be corrupt

    Even better, install Snap and install right from the Google app store. If that fails, it might be the specific app that can't install on a BlackBerry.

    I've installed snap AND google play but none work :c. The game is called perfect kick (by gamegou).

    I just installed via Snap and it won't run because it needs Google services which I haven't installed.

    If you can't event install, how does your storage look? It's a 46 Meg installer, do you gave space?
