bought my wife a Z30 and she's unable to update software. message was free up 1.5 GB. i deleted all her pics and vids as well as all of her apps including fb,, twitter and every app. Started download and half way through i get a message to free up 1.3 GB. there's nothing left to remove? tried to restart and everything anyone have a suggestion? please help she already talking about going back to her crapple... thanks for your help!
