    My wife uses a Z30 and everything is fine until some days ago when i stopped receiving her chats on my Q10. we have restarted and reset but nothing has changed.
    However, if either of us switched to any other phone (htc, lumia), we were able to chat on bbm. She receives my chats on the Z30 but i do not receive hers. No read updates on my Q10 and on the z30, her response shows the grey ticked icon. no delivery or read update.

    Does anyone knows what may be wrong? I am on beta program and i have also installed 10.3 on my q10

    if you did autoloader+ sec wipe and no restore it's not your q10
    some z30's had issues with texting ,fix: delete previous chats
