[CrackBerry Question]

When I write an email and attempt to attach a picture taken with the BBerry camera, nothing happens. I touch the attachment symbol, I arrive at the list of possible attachments - pictures, files, appointments, etc. - and when I select pictures, the screen dims for a few moments and then nothing. I am returned to my email without the chance to choose a picture and no attachment.

Are you on the latest OS? Trying restarting your phone and see if that fixes it.

Problems with your SD Card, maybe. I would remove the SD Card and try to see if it works without it.

I assume you have Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive synced on your phone. Find your Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive app icon (the ones you have installed on your phone and for which you have an account) and click on them. You need to sign back in, particularly to the Dropbox account. After you sign back in, you will be able to attach.

I have no idea what is wrong with your phone but my Z30 10.3.1 work just fine with camera picture attachment. I just did one this morning in case you wonder.
