    The volumes of my Q10 isn't loading up on both my computer and the blackberry link. I don't understand why this is. meanwhile, the blackberry device manager keeps saying "error encountered with mounting volumes". can anyone help please

    have you rebooted? Loaded an OS lately? Have a known working USB cable? Rebooted the PC?
