    Hi All

    From last year, I'm unable to use my Wi-Fi. When I try to turn it on, it shows a little box with an exclamation mark in a smaller white box and there's an okay option. I tried scanning all networks and it still doesn't come on.

    Please help because I am seriously frustrated!!!!!!

    Possible solutions:
    • Battery pull
    • OS reload (link on sig)
    • Devicereplacement (hardware issue)
