    when i open the browser it says unable to connect to the internet , please try again

    Is this via a WiFi network you own, as in a WiFi router in your home?
    If so, try rebooting the router. Also try rebooting your BlackBerry device.
    You can also try deleting the saved WiFi profile for the network you are trying to connect too and then re-add it.

    If it is a public, place of business, or work WiFi, see if there are usage restrictions or login requirements that need to be addressed before you can use the network, contact the IT dept who manages the WiFi network.
