Z30 syncs with BlackBerry Link but says not connected to backup

Usually my connection issues have been solved by doing this. I don't know the details of your specific case but try turning off your phone's wifi if its on. Good luck.

Need help.I am tying to manually sync Z30 calendar to Outlook 2010. Per instructions, I select a Outlook address to copy the calendar over to, but I get this error message:

"Your Setting were not changed.
Make sure that you aren't trying to sync with folders that are read-only, or folders that you don't have access to."

I don't know what this means. Do you know how to address this?

PS - tried to disable Wi-Fi. Did not change anything.

hmmm, how's this? if you set up your outlook address on the z30 to sync your device calender, then if you sync your outlook on your computer would that not get your calenders synced?
