    when im clicking on download or update tab a messages pops up showing that it is already downloading this item.please help me in that issue.

    In BlackBerry World swipe down from the top bezel > Settings > General Settings > Refresh BlackBerry World

    Try again after you have completed these steps

    PS. I'm assuming you have a BlackBerry 10 device

    Amazon app as stated before refresh then it will direct you to bbw you would have to log in if u have a password set, then it will begin
