Why am I not able to connect my Q10 to the internet?

Dear fellow blackberry users,

I've got some trouble with my internet.

In my country (the Netherlands) and for my carrier I did not have to fill in any username or password for my carrier. It did asked to change the verification method to "PAP", but if i don't fill in any password and username i cannot change the verification.

I have now a "3G- only voice" connection while i have an internet plan (no bis, nor bes)

If anyone could help me I would really appreciate this.

you do not need BIS or BES plan. Just a data plan for the internet functions to work on a BB10 device. Make sure you talk to you carrier to set it up just as an android or iphone
