I purchased a 64 GB microSD card before BB10 was updated for this capacity. I finally got around to putting in the new card (since my 32 GB is filling up) and now it tells me the new Media Card is "almost full" and the card only has about 2 GB free space. I formatted the card several times using the phone and my laptop, but nothing is working. Anyone know what the problem is?

yes you have a partition problem. You have formatted the primary partition to 2GB and the rest of the card is untouchable.
You need to download a free program for you PC called Mini Tool Partition Wizard Home Edition and re-partition your card into a full 64GB card.
Its free. find it, download it, insert your card and let it work it's magic.
