It means that the device setup on his device is most likely glitched or incomplete.

BlackBerry link is easily connect but not with sachesi it happens in other OS such as 10.3.0.1418 and I am using latest 10.3.1.1154

I am using sachesi latest version and " error authorization" error is coming on windows pc. Few days ago was everything fine. What I do.

Try an autoloader and wipe the device. Nothing to lose at this point.
Yes there is, all of the stuff on his device.
An autoloader can pretty much fix any issue a device has but you have to lose all of your data.
