The z30 has an error screen as u attempt to turn it on and would not move .... can it be fixed only had my phone 3 weeks now

Do you have any other specifics that would be helpful?

• Which carrier are you on?
• Do you know what the OS version is for the device?
• Was the device functioning the way it was supposed to prior to today?
• Did you drop it, or otherwise damage it before receiving that error?
• What were you doing prior to receiving that error?
• Any more specifics about the error message? Pictures (taken from another device)? Or, just error message text?
