Backed up, reset Z10 last week. Lost USB recognition of phone (Win 7.) Now every 90 seconds this flashes on screen. Any thoughts?

oops can't paste in forum. It is a black box similar to old dos in appearance that refers to location of tunmgr.exe in title. Below in black window states unknown arg ' - embedding'

I have tried to run the repair option from the control panel (add/remove programs) but shortly after the repair starts it stops because it can't find the .msi file it is looking for.
I tried downloading the link install file from blackberry but it was looking for a different file.
Why is blackberry not addressing this ?

Can't you remove the version on your computer and get a fresh install of link?
