    Hi,

    I have been trying to log in to my account on my AT&T BB 9900. I put in my Tmobile sim and once i hit the sign in tab,it prompts me to enter the name associated with the device. I click ok and it just takes me back to where i hit sign in.

    What is the solution?

    Put in your at&t sim and try.
