    I just gotten a new blackberry z10. Initially I was able to go into Blackberry World with no problems- that was until I decided to update the Blackberry World App. After which every time I tried to open the app, an error message pops up saying an error has occurred and for me to wait a few mins before I tried again.

    I did a factory reset but the problem still persisted.

    Please help me as now I can't download any apps from the bb world

    Plug your device into your computer.
    Open the first app you downloaded to your computer from the link I gave you.
    Go to the 'Install' tab.
    Drag the file you downloaded to your computer to the install tab.
    Wait...
    Wait some more.
    Disconnect device.
    Enjoy.
