    blackberry z10 i buy 6 days ago, the bbm, facebook everything was work when i was at the office, but when i get home and open bbw, this message appear. there was an isue with blackberry world. blacberry world must now close.

    Try restarting your phone and if it keeps happening phone you provider. Happened to me too. I just restarted my phone and work. Also make sure you are running the latest software and update your apps if they aren't.
