    I have a Q5 and recently my phone started telling me that the device storage was full (had this problem a couple months ago and a factory reset fixed the issue). I wanted to do another reset but when I tried to back up all my pictures, my device said I had none. They are automatically saved to my media card (micro SD approx 16 gbs) and my settings say that there is still 2.2 gbs used, which is what it said before they went missing.

    Please tell me how to get my pictures and videos back. They are all of my two sons and I will be devastated if I cant retrieve them.

    Did you try to plug the sd card into a laptop to view the files there?
