[CrackBerry Question]

I was mandatory forced to upgrade this evening. SO when i look back at my Whatsapp convo's and contacts. it just shows their numbers, no names! Anyone else having this issue?

does contacts present in phonebook or not check this out first

If many of your contacts were put into your address book from a "social" account (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and you later edited them to add/change phone numbers, then BlackBerry made a change in OS 10.3.1 that makes these contacts no longer visible to 3rd party apps.

Beyond that, you can always try a explicit contacts refresh in WhatsApp (the "Refresh" action on the menu of the Contacts tab), or at worst do a delete and reinstall.
