[CrackBerry Question]

hello guys, i have a weird problem
i purchased used blackberry z10 STL-3 with os 10.3.1.634 and i noticed there a few items like the sittings , contacts , browser etc but no more apps on the menu i mean there is no like gallery or studio to access your media files or a third party apps like a file manager
so i downloaded the autoloader for os 10.3.1.634 and after downloaded to my phone nothing happend
ANd again downloaded the autoloader but this time 10.3.1.997 also nothing happend
any idea guys whats wrong here ????

Sounds like you're installing developer versions of the OS, where are you getting these autoloaders from exactly?
