When will Q/Z10 get OS 10.3?

When will they bring the Passport software for the Q10 and Z10?

It's been skipped and jumped to 10.3.1 rumoured to come in February .

If you're talking about 10.3.1... the rumor is sometime in February.

Do you mean "When will 10.3.x be released for the other devices"? If so - that's within a couple of weeks is what the message is.
