    hi there, did your get updated, apparently singtel starting sending the update today at 9am. I am running on a leak and still have not gotten the update.

    On a Singtel Q10, and nothing as of 5:45pm SG Time. I was assuming there will be a lag due to the CNY holidays~

    All BlackBerry phones sold in Singapore are international unlocked versions, i.e. they are not locked by carriers. The reason 10.3.1 is not available yet here is it hasn't been released on Singapore servers by BlackBerry. If released, you would be able to do an OTA update through WiFi even if you do not have a SIM inserted.
