    Useless question but here's a simple answer. THEY WON'T. AT&T never had the z30. There are numerous links and how to's to do just about anything. Stop wasting people's time.

    I called blackberry about updating to 10.3.1 and they said u shouldn't update with the leaks because u might have a problem on your phone so they said u need to wait till att gets the update

    What response were you expecting to get from BlackBerry?
    They can't tell you to do leaks as they won't be responsible for any malfunction of your device.
    Leaks are for those who don't fear the worst.

    I guess people complain here because BlackBerry just ignore the questions you ask them (yes it is also my experience).

    It is BlackBerry's duty to make sure updates are available to everyone buying its products in the countries it has business with; as for Mexico the carriers don't know there is any update for BlackBerry products and BlackBerry hasn't been professional enough to step out and make any statements to its mexican customers.

    I have given up, and installed an update for other carrier, so far my phone is working fine, that DOESN'T mean BlackBerry is doing its job at least not professionaly.

    U are right blackberry needs to tell att Verizon and all other major carriers that they are realising 10.3.1 to there customers and they should roll it out us

    I was also not able to get Classic updates from my carrier (WIND), but with Blackberry Link it updated without issues. I assume Link downloads matching versions directly from Blackberry.
