When installing Amazon App Store on Q10, why does it hang on processing?

Running OS 10.2.1.3014. App Manager set to allow apps from other sources. Recently completed a Security Wipe. AT&T network. Any suggestions??

Have you tried installing an update for the Amazon app store?
