my bbz10 is having this error.com/10-0015 so when I try to open my bb link to connect it so I can re install this OS with autoloader, I find difficulties for it does not connect my device.... I need help as to what must I do?

To update your OS you do not need Link. You need to download the proper files form here:

download the file to your PC, unzip it, close link, cable to your PC and click the exe.
