Hi I've installed on new blackberry classic.
It sends voice messages, texts but not images or videos.
Clicking the retry button doesn't resolve the problem.
I've got blackberry services on fully.
It's a full sim package, not just data.
Line Messenger sends all media fine!
Please help!
Go to the following link and download the WAA fixer in the second post.....you will need to sideload with Sachesi or with CHROME playbook extension.

Thanks!!!! It sends images now but not videos. "Failed to load video, please try again later."
You could try to reboot device.
If that fails a reinstall of both Whatsapp and the WAA fixer might help.
