[CrackBerry Question]

I've never had a problem uploading my profile picture until two days ago when I accidentally deleted mine. When I went to replace it I got "The selected photo could not be loaded": I uninstalled and reinstalled whatsapp but I'm still getting this error message. Originally I was importing the file from my Dropbox folder but I've tried the media card and the phone and all three give the same error message.

I'm using the lastest version of BB10 and Whatsapp. Help please.

This error will happen if our app can't read the photo you're trying to set. There are a few things you can try to resolve this:

One common cause of this is permissions. Specifically, make sure our app has the "Shared Files" permission enabled. (Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Application Permissions -> WhatsApp)
