I recently purchased blackberry playbook 32 GB. I was asked to update to recent os. Post that I tried all version of whatsapp available on your forum and available online but none worked on playbook.
Can someone really provide good solution to this ????
Doesn't whatsapp require a phone number to work? You'll never be able to activate since the PlayBook does not sport phone features.
Also, it's stuck on Android runtime 2.3. Whatsapp most likely require newer Android versions.

Blackberry Playbook have updated Blackberry OS version .whatsapp i am trying to install is through sideloading process and its .bar file. I am asking in this forum if anyone have whatsapp bar file which i can sideload on my blackberry playbook.

Hi, I had a working version of Whatsapp until around August when Whatsapp was updated. Never found a working version since. It's another nail in the coffin for the playbook I'm afraid.

I also have a PB but none of the available online versions are working. Please let me know if you found any solution.
