    I'm running Q10SQN100-3/10.2.1.3175

    For the last few weeks WhatsApp just crashed without warning. It freezes until I restart phone. Closing whatsapp and restarting it doesn't help.

    Then when the phone restarts I have to re-initialise WhatsApp. Including putting in my number etc.

    Help?

    First hard reset your phone
    If it didn't work, delete whatsapp and re install it

    That didn't work.

    But for anyone else with this problem, I worked out the problem.

    I didn't have enough spare space on the phone.

    I deleted a bunch of video clips and it's all good now.
