    How can I get more video length uploaded please!?
    I downgraded the video quality to 720p to get about 16 second uploaded... can I at least double the video length to about 30 seconds?
    That would be superb.

    I get some 1-3 min vids from other phone users. But from my Q10 I can only upload 16MB of data which is equivalent to about 16 seconds on 720p
