Hi, this is my first BlackBerry device and I am excited to receive upcoming 10.3.1 ota. Is BlackBerry releases update globally or carrier or country priority wise? What about unlocked carrier independent devices? Those who have past experience, kindly share.
It comes usually when your carrier has tested it, then they release.
What about non specific unlocked carrier?
